We honour your privacy, your personal details if provided when enquiring or ordering will not be passed to any third party unless we are legally obliged to do so, and you will not receive any promotional e-mails unless specifically requested. Any information is collected directly by us or by our credit card processing company and is limited to details required to process your order as provided by you when enquiring or ordering, as well as your IP address which is also logged for our own security. We may use tracking technology to monitor visitors to our site and to help us improve design and layout and our shopping cart may use cookies to identify the status of your order. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. Payment - For Your Security
Your payment security is ensured by the use of a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant secure server at securesites.com for our shopping cart, as well as the PCI DSS compliant services of SECPay to encrypt and process your payment details utilising their Thawte SSL (secure socket layer) certificate. SECPay also offers MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa which are services that provide added protection when you buy online. We accept Visa, Amex, Switch, Mastercard, cheque, or money order. Your credit card will not be charged unless goods are at hand for all goods other than wedding rings or special orders. Wedding rings are made to special order and your credit card will be charged on receipt of order. If you purchase from outside the UK your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to UK Pounds.

Payment - For Our Security
For our own security SECPay provides us with AVS (card holder address and post code verification) and CVV2 (security code verification) for ALL acquiring banks. We may also require you to comply with further security checks or procedures at our discretion before acceptance of your order. If we do not obtain positive verification to our satisfaction your order may not be able to proceed and we will email notification of order cancellation without being obliged to provide further explanation.

Currency
Each item is displayed with a function to show the price in both U.K. Pounds Sterling (the transaction currency) and approximate price in other currencies, which should only be used as a guide. It does not include local taxes or conversion fees for which the customer may be liable, delivery options and costs are displayed prior to final purchase.

SSL certificate details.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or later
Click on the closed Gold Padlock on the browser on the payment page to show the SSL certificate details. When
on the payment page the Gold Padlock on the browser will be closed indicating the presence of a secure server.
