Wedding rings are made to special order and your credit card will be charged on receipt of order. If you purchase from outside the UK your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to UK Pounds. Payment - For Our Security For our own security SECPay provides us with AVS (card holder address and post code verification) and CVV2 (security code verification) for ALL acquiring banks. We may also require you to comply with further security checks or procedures at our discretion before acceptance of your order. If we do not obtain positive verification to our satisfaction your order may not be able to proceed and we will email notification of order cancellation without being obliged to provide further explanation. Currency Each item is displayed with a function to show the price in both U.K. Pounds Sterling (the transaction currency) and approximate price in other currencies, which should only be used as a guide. It does not include local taxes or conversion fees for which the customer may be liable. Supply of Goods The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. Wedding Rings and Special Orders Due to the large number of options and sizes on offer each wedding ring is individually manufactured to your own specifications, please note that advertised widths are to the nearest millimetre and hand made rings may vary slightly. Allow the advertised period for manufacture but note it is your responsibility to advise if your wedding date is imminent when ordering. We do not accept returns of goods manufactured to special order. Ring Sizes It is your responsibility to provide the correct ring size however for your peace of mind we do offer free re-sizeing whenever possible should that be necessary after purchase. You agree to return the ring to be re-sized at your cost should that be necessary. Precious Metal Fluctuation Our jewellery is priced based on the current price of the Precious Metal on the financial markets, prices may be automatically updated on our site along with the price fluctuation of the Precious Metal. We do not accept returns of goods manufactured in precious metals that fluctuate on the financial markets. Ordering To order simply click on the 'Shopping Cart Add Icon' or the 'Purchase' button. To complete the purchase click 'Checkout' and you will be guided through the purchase process via a secure sever. We do not accept telephone orders, all orders must be placed via our web site. We do not accept responsibility for any email not received as emails can sometimes go missing, it is your responsibility to enquire about the status of any order. Money Back Guarantee We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee against faulty goods or if goods received are different from goods ordered, if returned unused in original condition and in original undamaged packaging, exclusive of all delivery costs. We do not supply goods on a trial basis and reserve the right to apply a reasonable re-stocking charge. For health and hygene reasons all earrings and jewellery intended for pierced body parts are non-returnable. You should ensure any return postage provides adequate insurance against loss. We do not accept cancellations after 7 days of delivery and we do not supply goods on a trial basis. Legal Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
